Dragon Nest KR has released a major update for their DN game and, it might come on SEA, EU and other server as well. It includes the Red Dragon Nest, Sniper and Dancer boost and lots more. See the full details of the update below.
Red Dragon Nest
Level requirement : Level 80
Entry ticket: Red Jewel (obtained from Volcano Challenge Nest)
Party size: 5 ~ 8
Clear count : 2 times per week

Red Dragon Nest Boss Elemental Resist
All bosses critical resist = 60%
Sniper Boost
1. Bullseye – (PVE) Additional effect: reduce the critical resist of target.
Lv8: 40% phy & mag damage increase debuff, 14% Crit resist reduction, duration 60sec.
2. Cheating Point - (PVE, PVP) The flower spawn location can be adjusted with the crosshair.
3. Cheating Point EX
(PVE, PVP) Remove the explode-on-command effect; increase the action speed of nearby allies by 15% for 2sec.
(PVE) The provoke ability of the flower can be switched off by pressing back (S) after summoning.
- The AOE is indicated by the circle in the picture below (small).
- The buff is only refreshed when the flower releases pollen.
4. Charged Shot – (PVE) Reduce CD by 3sec; increase damage 30%
613% + 15270, CD 10sec.
5. Charged Shot EX
(PVE) Generate a “Wind Arrow” (bubble) when it deals critical damage. Accumulating 30 “Wind Arrow” & above (Max 50) allow you to use the enhanced charged shot, “Wind Shot”.
- Damage increase, range increase
- After gathering 30 Wind Arrow (bubble), you can activate Wind Shot by holding left-click during Charged Shot.
- Each hit from Wind Shot damage is equivalent to 100% of Charge Shot (non-EX board damage)
- It will consume 30 Wind Arrow (bubble) upon casting.
- The total hits depends on the size of the target, e.g. it deals 12 hits on the 1st boss in Typhoon Nest and 20-27 hits on Dragon.
- You can tumble while activating Wind Shot.
- The recoil will cause you to roll backwards, but it can be canceled with Triangle Shot.
- The CD of Wind Shot is 10sec.
- Only the initial cast animation + back roll are affected by speed buff, but not the charging time; without any speed buff, full charge takes 4sec + backroll 1.5sec.
6. Arrow Shower – (PVE) Reduce CD by 10sec, damage increase 30%
7. Arrow Shower EX – (PVE) Generate a “Wind Arrow” (bubble) when it deals critical damage.
8. Siege Stance – (PVE) CD reduce by 15sec. Damage increase 30% 755% + 20837, CD 30sec
9. Siege Stance EX – (PVE) Generate a “Wind Arrow” (bubble) when it deals critical damage.
10. Arrow Barrage - (PVE) Damage increase 20% 152% + 2333.
11. Physical Attack Mastery
(PVE) Additional effect: Generate a “Wind Arrow” (bubble) when “Wind Arrow” deals critical damage.
Also, grant additional 50% final damage to Arrow Barrage.
12. Aerial Chain Shot EX - (PVE) Generate a “Wind Arrow” (bubble) when it deals critical damage.
Dancer Boost
1. Ecstatic Dance 3- Minotaur
Lv6: After 2sec, left-click to apply party buff, 80% damage reduction for 10sec. After 1.5sec, right-click to apply self-buff, all elemental attack and physical attack increase by 40%, duration 20sec.
2. General Dawn Blade – (PVE) Damage increase 30%.
Lv13: 2690%+ 65418
3. Praetor – (PVE) Damage increase 30%.
Lv11: 3319%+125180
Shooting Star Changes
1. Splash – (PVE) Damage decrease 30%.
Lv13: 440% + 17079
2. Chemical Grenade - (PVE) Critical resist reduction effect is reduced from -30% to -15%.
Class Balance Preview
Class balance for Lancea and Assassin will be implemented in the next update on 25th Mar.
