According to sources, the device, S5 will come in both metal and plastic form factor but the metal design one will cost more than the plastic version.
Galaxy S5 will have an AMOLED display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 but the inches of the screen is still not known but may be around 5-5.25 inches.
Aside that, the camera of the phone would be 16MP back camera and 5MP front camera .
As far as the processor of the device is concerned, no word from SamMobile but we envisage the Exynos 6 or the Snapdragon 805 chip loaded on the device. The S5 will also run Android KitKat 4.4 .
Knowing how Samsung likes to push boundaries, we expect to see the iota technology Samsung taunted bundled on the S5 and also give the device a RAM of 3GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to be released in March 2014
