tutsdot.blogspot.com - I've been reading a few posts by different bloggers about 'why the blog', and 'how to grow your audience', and making sure that other's aren't trying to steal your audience… And it got me thinking about this blog and why I started and how my audience has evolved.
This blog was predominately about cooking - and I guess it is still. I've tried to branch out a little and include my journey of motherhood and more life/current event topics, which I hope people are enjoying.
I've been blessed to work with some amazing producers and been lucky enough to be provided with some free products to try - which is awfully helpful when you are a stay-at-home-mum trying to make ends meet (after having a great paying job).
But I thought it would be interesting to see which posts have been the most popular and so, here they are my top 5 from 500:
RECIPE: TUNA MORNAY (from March 2013). A revamped classic, which had me second guessing my opinion of Tuna Mornay.
RECIPE: SAN CHOY BOW (from November 2012). I think of san choy bow as an Asian spaghetti bolognese or an Asian taco - basically, you can hide all kinds of veggies in this little meal and you get to make it and eat it with your hands. And what kid wouldn't enjoy that!
RECIPE SWAP: CHOCOLATE MOCHA PAVOLVA ROLL (from April 2011). This is from a great series that I completed with mainly American bloggers. And it makes me think it is something that I would like to get into again if other bloggers are interested/already doing something similar.
RECIPE: TWICE COOKED PORK BELLY (from August 2013). You know a meal is good when it gets a compliment or two. You know a meal is really good when your partner continues to go on and on about it... and he sure was pleased when I served him up this twice cooked pork belly ...
THOUGHTS: MUMMY BLOGGERS AND GOMI (from December 2012). My thoughts on mummy blogger and GOMI prior to being a mummy!
I hope that you enjoy discovering or rediscovering some of my post popular posts and I hope that you'll be around for the next 500 posts!
